1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Bisines Center Shpk, tax number (NUIS) M52221505S, Lagjia nr 13, Plazh, Pasuria nr 28/337+1-N7, Durrës, Albania.

We provide information services and support for employment abroad: we help candidates find suitable job offers, prepare documents and relocate, and we help employers find workers.

2. What data we collect

When you apply on our website: your name, phone number (WhatsApp), your answers to the questions of the job offer (for example citizenship, work experience, qualifications, residence permits), the language of the page, the advertising campaign you came from, and the date and page where you gave your consent.

Later in the process, only if you continue with us and depending on the job offer: passport, photo, CV, video CV and videos of your work, diplomas and certificates, criminal record certificate, medical certificate, residence permit, the signed service agreement and proof of payment. You send these documents to our manager yourself.

From agencies: agency name, contact person, phone, email, country, the number of candidates offered and comments.

3. Why we use your data

To check whether a job offer suits you and to contact you about it. Legal basis: your consent given in the application form.
To prepare your application, send your profile and documents to the employer, and help with the visa, work permit and relocation. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement, and the performance of our service agreement.
To issue documents, invoices and keep records required by law. Legal basis: our legal obligations.
To offer you other suitable job offers if this one does not suit you. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your data and do not use it for purposes not listed here.

4. Who receives your data

The employer (or its agency) of the job offer you apply for, when your application moves forward.
WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), which we use to communicate with you.
Our hosting provider Hetzner Online GmbH: our system runs on a server in Helsinki, Finland (European Union).
Public authorities, when the law requires it (for example for visa and work permit procedures).

5. Transfers to other countries

We work with candidates and employers in different countries, inside and outside the European Union. Your data is transferred to another country only when this is needed for your application, for example to the employer in the country of work, and only to the extent necessary.

6. How long we keep your data

If you did not pass the selection or were not hired: 12 months after our last contact, then the data is deleted.
If you were hired through us: 12 months after the end of your employment contract with the employer.
Agencies: as long as we cooperate and 12 months after the last contact.
Data we must keep by law (for example invoices) is kept for the period required by law.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its use, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect the use of your data before the withdrawal). To use these rights, write to privacy@bisines.center. We reply within one month.

You can also file a complaint with the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Personal Data Protection of Albania. If you live in the European Union, you can also contact the data protection authority of your country.

8. How we protect your data

Access to your data is limited to our staff who work with your application. Our website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), our system is hosted in the European Union, and we make regular backups.

9. Cookies

Our website uses only technical cookies needed for it to work: the session, the selected language and the advertising campaign you came from. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
